What Six Hundred Grams Buys

Perspective: a full water bottle weighs more. A standard silencer on a middleweight naked is typically between four and six kilograms, and on a big tourer it can be over five on its own. Replacing one of those with this changes how the motorcycle turns, not just what it sounds like.

Spark reaches the figure by using titanium for everything — case, core, mesh — and by leaving out anything that only exists to look tidy.

Exposed Welds

The seams are not dressed. On a road part that would be an unfinished look; here it is the finish, and it is a claim about the welding rather than a saving. A TIG bead in titanium is only worth showing if it was laid correctly, evenly and without contamination, and Spark shows them.

Sixty-Five Millimetres

The wider of the two Grid-O inlets, for larger engines and freer systems. G00SI26T is the 60 mm version at the same length and the same price. Because the two cannot be told apart visually, Spark asks for the code by name at the point of order — and so do we.

Versatility Was the Brief

Spark's own framing is a silencer for riders who want a unique and extreme look without giving up versatility, and the optional insert is what makes that true. Fitted, the case runs inside a circuit's limit; removed, it does not pretend to.

Installation Reality

A universal case needs a link pipe and a bracket that somebody makes for your motorcycle. Nothing here bolts on. If your build is at the stage where the header exists and the silencer does not, this is the part of the project it is meant for.
