A complete 2-in-1 system for the Scrambler 1200 that keeps a catalytic converter and comes with a certificate. On a big retro twin that combination is rarer than it should be.
Key Features
- EC type-approved 2-in-1 full system for the Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC and XE.
- AISI stainless steel collector with an integrated catalytic converter.
- Evo V silencer.
- Spark supplies a homologation certificate.
- Made by Spark in Mantova, Italy.
- The racing build without catalyst is GTR8810I at 1.274 euro.
The Catalyst Is the Article
Spark's price list separates the two builds of this system by one component: this one reads collector plus KAT plus silencer, the other reads collector plus silencer. The catalytic converter is what makes the approval possible, and it is why this version costs 143 euro more.
An aftermarket full system that keeps a converter is unusual. Most manufacturers offer either a homologated slip-on or a decatted racing system; a complete approved system sits between the two and is the harder thing to engineer.
Check the Certificate Scope
Spark's price list marks the homologation entry with an asterisk. That means the certificate covers a defined range of model years and emission classes rather than every Scrambler 1200 ever built.
Ask us for the certificate and check it against your registration document before you ride on public roads. We would rather send it to you first than have it queried at a roadside check.
Two Into One
The Scrambler 1200 comes with a twin high-level exhaust from the factory. Spark's system collects both headers into a single Evo V silencer, which is what gives the 1.200 cc parallel twin its low, uneven beat rather than the softer note of the standard arrangement.
Stainless, and Why
Collector, catalytic section and silencer are all stainless steel. On a machine styled for scrambling and occasionally used that way, stainless takes stone strikes and road salt better than thin titanium and can be polished back after a scrape.
Which Scramblers
The Triumph Scrambler 1200 XC and XE from 2019 to 2023, which share the same exhaust routing.
A Note on the Photography
Spark publishes no article page and no product photograph for this number; the specification here comes from Spark's own 2026 dealer price list. We have left the listing without an image rather than borrow one from a neighbouring article.
Fitment & Compatibility
