DescriptionThe whole story▼
Top plate HSV MS, Öhlins part number 06032-01. Öhlins publishes an exploded view for each unit, and every position in it carries its own number.
Key Features
- Öhlins part number 06032-01
- Original Öhlins service part
Where It Sits
Öhlins publishes no separate dimension for this position, so the part number carries the identity. An original Öhlins service part, listed under its own number in the Öhlins spare parts catalogue. Replacement parts come from the same production as the components they go into. Where a part supersedes an older number, Öhlins states it in the catalogue.
Original Öhlins Part
Rebuilding to specification only works if the parts are to specification — that starts here. The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.
Identifying the Right Part
Order under 06032-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. This part comes from the same production as the components it goes into. Ordering by number from the exploded view is the reliable way to get the right piece.
Fitting and Setup Service
Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.
