A Small Naked Aprilia Took Seriously
The Tuono 457 is the first genuinely committed small naked from Noale in a long time. Wide bars, the RS 457's aluminium frame and an engine built to a legal limit rather than a marketing one.
Why Reorder the Column
The blue button drops to the bottom of the row. It is aimed at a rider making the same input repeatedly under braking rather than once at a junction, which is a track habit more than a road one.

A2 machines are bought by people building skills, and a growing number of them ride track days on exactly this kind of motorcycle. Control ergonomics matter more to a rider still forming habits than to one who has had them for twenty years.
Two Anodised Finishes
Black or titanium, converted into the surface. Neither carries printing, so neither has a legend to lose after a few seasons.
Sealed Inside
Military-specification elements enclosed in the machined body. A naked bike gives its controls no shelter and the housing is the only defence they have.
Milled From Solid
Ergal 7075 cut on a machine rather than injection moulded. Nothing clips together and nothing loses tension after a few thousand kilometres of ordinary use.
The 270 Degree Crank
Aprilia gave the 457 twin an uneven firing interval, which produces the pulse and the sound the format is bought for. It is a decision that costs nothing and changes how the whole motorcycle feels.
Original Connector
Pre-wired to Aprilia's plug. Two fasteners and one connector, and nothing needs to know the layout has changed.
Weight, Not Power
At 175 kilograms the Tuono 457 is light enough that the A2 ceiling stops feeling like a restriction on any road with corners on it. Aprilia understood that a fixed power limit makes mass the only variable worth attacking, and attacked it properly.
