The upper left fairing panel sits between the front fairing and the lower panel, covering the flank at the height a rider's forearm passes when tucked in. It is the piece that ties the nose to the rest of the motorcycle, and on the M it carries part of the aerodynamic surface rather than merely enclosing the frame.

Only the Left Is Offered
Fullsix lists this panel for the left side and not the right. That normally means the right flank of this model year either has no equivalent panel or that it is part of an adjacent moulding rather than a separate one.
Before ordering, look at your own motorcycle and confirm which panels it actually has. Photographs of the M1000RR differ between markets and model years more than they should, and this is the article where that causes the most confusion.
Fitment and Compatibility
BMW M1000RR, model years 2023 and 2024, left-hand side. It does not fit the S1000RR of the same years or the 2025 M. If your machine has an equivalent panel on the right, ask us and we will check with the manufacturer.
Road Approval
Fullsix publishes neither an ABE nor an EC type-approval number for this part. Treat it as replacement bodywork and confirm the position for your own registration before road use.
Two Edges to Match
This panel meets the front fairing above and the lower panel below, which means it has two joints that have to look right rather than one. A panel that is correct in outline but a millimetre proud at one edge shows as a step, and a step catches the light from every angle.
Fit it between two panels that are already on the motorcycle rather than building the fairing outwards from it, and leave all three loose until every fixing has found its hole.
