DescriptionThe whole story▼
Across the 2009–2015 generation, the four-stroke 250SX-F pulls its clutch lever through the identical hose used on the two-stroke 250SX and every other displacement in KTM's SX range, a part kept entirely apart from either of the bike's own brake kits. It comes only in stainless steel fittings, with no painted option on offer.
Key Features
- Single braided clutch hose for the 2009–2015 250SX-F
- Clutch C-layout routing, matching the original line
- Stainless steel fittings only for this part
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Covers the clutch circuit only; brake hoses sold separately
Construction and Material Quality
This clutch line is stainless aeronautical braid closed with a stainless steel fitting at both ends; there is no painted-fitting choice, leaving the twenty sheath colours as the only variable. A single connection at the slave unit and another at the clutch master cylinder are all that fitting it involves.
Same Clutch Hose, Different Engine Type
The same clutch hose also covers the two-stroke 250SX, the 125SX, 150SX and 350SX-F from the identical 2009–2015 run, so Accossato's single code spans the whole SX and SX-F line-up regardless of whether the engine is a two-stroke or a four-stroke. For the brake circuit on the same bike, a rider needs AGA0261 instead, since this part only ever touches the clutch. A single 2016 model year uses a separate clutch code again, AGC5003, which does not extend backward to cover any of these earlier seasons. The same caution applies here as on the two-stroke version: confirm the exact circuit needed before ordering, since clutch and brake parts on this bike are never combined into a single kit.
Fitment and Compatibility
The 250SX-F draws on this clutch part across the same 2009–2015 window as its two-stroke counterpart, with the identical line also serving the 125SX, 150SX and 350SX-F from those years. A single 2016 model year breaks away onto its own separate clutch code, AGC5003.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
The kit contains 1 braided hose for the Clutch layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
