Outer tubes hold the bushings and the seal head, so their bore finish matters as much as the inner tube's outside. A marked inner tube destroys seals repeatedly until it is replaced. Cartridge tubes sit inside the fork leg and do the actual damping.

Genuine Service Part

A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. Öhlins lists this part under its own number in the service catalogue so a workshop can order exactly what it needs. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you. Order by part number. The dimensions below are the ones Öhlins publishes for it.

Getting the Number Right

Part number 21630-26 is unambiguous; the description alone is not, because Öhlins uses similar wording across sizes. dimension a 43 mm, dimension b 50 mm, dimension c 55 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Cartridge tubes sit inside the fork leg and do the actual damping. Öhlins fork parts are specific to the fork model, not interchangeable across the range.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21630-26

Category: Fork Parts

Dimension A: 43 mm

Dimension B: 50 mm

Dimension C: 55 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21630-26_6c86d0d0-a17e-45a2-b93e-a5126d6b599b.png?v=1788877343
