DescriptionThe whole story▼

Accossato's AGPP181 rear pad in Sintered (ST) is aimed at Honda CRF300 Rally owners who travel in all conditions. It fits the 2021 to 2026 bikes. When the Rally is packed with panniers or carries a passenger, and the route crosses wet passes and dusty plains, the rear brake has to steady more mass for longer. The sintered compound is meant for riders who want that pedal to feel the same from the first mile of a trip to the last.

Key Features

  • Rear pads for the Honda CRF300 Rally, 2021 to 2026
  • Sintered (ST) compound, article AGPP181ST
  • Holds its grip in the wet, according to Accossato
  • Constant behaviour over a wide temperature range
  • Made for luggage, a passenger and year-round riding
  • A set of two pads for the rear caliper
  • Also available as OR

Construction and Material Quality

According to the manufacturer, the sintered mixture holds a high and constant grip at both low and high temperatures and performs well on wet discs. Accossato adds that its pads limit heat build-up to reduce fading and combine long service life with strong braking. On a rear caliper that sits close to spray and road dirt, that consistency is welcome.

Two up, fully loaded, on a wet pass

Descending a long mountain road in the rain with a passenger on board, the rider of a CRF300 Rally leans on the rear brake more than usual to keep the bike calm and avoid overloading the front. Over many hairpins the pads warm up, cool down in the straights and get soaked again. A sintered set is made to keep its bite through those changes, so the pedal stays predictable. The same qualities help in winter, when the bike is used on salted roads and cold mornings. Check the rear pads more often on long trips, because road grit and weight speed up wear on any compound.

Fitment and Compatibility

This set fits the rear of the Honda CRF 300 RALLY from 2021 to 2026, the complete range listed by Accossato. It is also listed for the CRF300L of the same years. The front pad for the Rally is AGPA212. Change both rear pads at once, clean the piston, check the disc for wear, and pump the pedal until pressure has returned. Bed the pads in with several moderate stops before a loaded trip on the CRF300 Rally.

Road Approval

We do not have approval papers or a test mark for this rear set. It is therefore sold for racing and competition purposes.

Scope of Delivery

Two Sintered (ST) rear pads, one set for the single rear caliper of the CRF300 Rally.
