DescriptionThe whole story▼
Two up changes the balance of a motorcycle more than any accessory. With a passenger behind and a top box above the rear wheel, a BMW F750GS carries a far greater share of its weight at the back, and the rear brake stops being a helper and becomes part of the main effort. Add a rainy ring road at the end of a long day and the pedal has real work to do. Accossato's Sintered (ST) material in the AGPP91 pad is meant for that, listed for the F750GS from 2018 to 2024.
Key Features
- Sintered (ST) rear pads, article AGPP91ST, for the BMW F750GS
- Model years 2018 to 2024, rear wheel
- Grip that Accossato describes as constant across the temperature range
- Retains its effect on a wet disc
- Two pads per box for the single rear caliper
- An Organic (OR) version of the same shape suits gentler use
- Front pads for this bike: AGPA92. Brake disc: DK006
- No approval documents on file; supplied for track use
Construction and Material Quality
Accossato's case for the sintered filling rests on predictability. A given push on the pedal is meant to produce a given amount of slowing whether the pad left a cold garage ten minutes ago or has been working down a valley road for half an hour, and rain on the disc is not supposed to change the answer. Restrained heat build-up is part of the same argument, since a pad that stays cooler gives the pedal fewer reasons to alter its behaviour. On a bike that is often ridden fully laden, that steadiness is more valuable than any amount of raw bite. Two pads travel in the box for one caliper.
Riding Two Up in the Wet
A pillion alters the braking of an F750GS in two ways at once. There is more mass to slow down, and it sits high and far back, which loads the rear tyre and gives the rear brake more to contribute than it has when the bike is ridden alone. In the wet that combination rewards a smooth foot: begin early, build the pressure instead of stamping, and remember that the passenger cannot see what is coming and will slide forward into you at every abrupt stop. Agree on a signal for sudden slowing before setting off, keep the following distance generous enough that lane changes by cars do not force a reaction, and take a moment after a long wet stage to check the fluid level, since a rear system that has been worked hard reveals pad wear that way.
Fitment and Compatibility
The AGPP91 is Accossato's rear pad for the BMW F750GS from 2018 to 2024, and one box fills the single caliper at the rear. Fit both pads together even when only one looks tired, because a mismatched pair never settles properly. At the front the same bike takes the AGPA92 pad across the same years, and Accossato lists the DK006 disc for the model, which is worth knowing if the rear friction ring shows a pronounced lip.
Road Approval
No German ABE and no test report accompany the AGPP91ST in our records. We offer the pad for competition and track riding rather than for public roads.
Scope of Delivery
Two AGPP91 rear pads in the Sintered (ST) compound, boxed as a complete caliper set.
