Hold the air line to the clean face, work slowly across the panel and let the load come back out through the face that took it in; blowing from the dirty side drives it into the middle of the material. Water at hand temperature with a little mild detergent handles what remains, rinsed until it runs clear. Then moving air only, until the element is completely dry, because heat of any kind ruins the medium.
