Top caps carry the adjusters and the preload mechanism. Bushings in the fork carry the side load; play there shows up as knocking under braking. Fork legs are matched left and right on most Öhlins forks and are listed separately.

Why the Original

This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Öhlins is one of the few suspension makers that still supplies every position in the exploded view as a single part. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 00191-89. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. A fork tube that has been bent is scrap: straightening changes the wall and it bends again. Fork legs are matched left and right on most Öhlins forks and are listed separately.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00191-89

Category: Fork Parts

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00191-89_bf7e6721-ec69-436e-b274-f8f00857c9a8.png?v=1788871493
