DescriptionThe whole story▼
The Husqvarna TX 300 was offered for a single model year, 2020, with its front brake circuit split into two separate lines. Accossato's AGF3017 replaces both rubber lines with braided hoses, keeping to the Standard-layout path the factory used across that one production year.
Key Features
- Braided brake hose kit for the Husqvarna TX 300, 2020
- Standard layout, matching the factory hose routing
- Kit supplied as 2 braided hoses
- Stainless steel fittings throughout
- Sheath available in 20 colours
- Direct replacement for the factory rubber brake line on this specific model year
- Aeronautical-grade braid construction
Construction and Material Quality
The two hoses that make up the AGF3017 share an aeronautical-grade stainless-steel braid, chosen for resisting stretch under brake pressure in a way rubber cannot match, specific to the 2020 TX 300. Accossato supplies this kit in plain stainless steel only, with no painted fitting offered as an alternative. The sheath's 20 available colours are the one variable a buyer actually controls, since the fittings themselves come in a single finish. Because the fittings are fixed in finish, the sheath remains the single way for an owner to set this kit apart from the stock-look rubber line it replaces.
Standard Layout and Hose Routing
The TX 300 keeps its factory brake-line path unchanged under this kit: each of the two hoses still runs from the master cylinder to the caliper it has always fed, since Standard layout does nothing but swap the hose material at that fixed route. Two separate lines exist on this model simply because the circuit was never designed to run as one, and the braided replacements respect that split rather than merging it. Once both ends of each hose are reconnected, bleeding the system is what actually restores feel at the lever; the braid itself only sets how much that feel can flex under pressure.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato specifies the AGF3017 only for the Husqvarna TX 300's 2020 model year, in the Standard layout covered here, with no other year or variant listed against this part. Check that your TX 300 matches the 2020 specification on the fitment tab before ordering.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for the AGF3017, so this kit is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
This kit includes 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Banjo bolts and sealing washers are not confirmed as included, so check the existing hardware on the bike before fitting.
