DescriptionThe whole story▼
Engineered for riders who refuse to compromise, the Spark Exhaust full titanium system for the Ducati Panigale V4/S (2025–2026) is a track-only exhaust that meets the highest standards of racing safety and acoustic compliance, delivering 106 dB with the db-killer fitted at 6,000 rpm. Every component has been developed with technology drawn directly from Spark's world championship motorsport programme, making this one of the most advanced full systems available for the current-generation V4.
Key Features
- Full titanium construction throughout — ultralight, exceptionally heat-resistant, and purpose-built for maximum track performance
- 3D-printed Inconel engine connections — aerospace-grade heat-resistant material used where thermal stress is most extreme
- 5-axis CNC-machined 3-way compensator — machined from solid billet for optimised exhaust gas flow with no restriction
- Carbon heat shields — reduce thermal transfer, save additional weight, and deliver a purposeful racing aesthetic
- Acoustic compliance with db-killer — 106 dB at 6,000 rpm and 104 dB at 5,000 rpm, keeping you within most track day noise limits
- Made in Italy — Spark's precision manufacturing to the exacting quality standards expected of a racing supplier
Construction & Technology
Titanium is the material of choice at the highest levels of motorcycle racing, and Spark uses it throughout this system — not simply for the canister, but for the headers and collector as well. The result is a dramatic reduction in unsprung and overall system weight compared with the standard Panigale V4/S exhaust, releasing the chassis to respond more faithfully through fast direction changes and under hard braking.
The Inconel engine connection flanges are produced using additive 3D-printing, a manufacturing method that allows complex internal geometries impossible to achieve by conventional machining. Inconel's extreme temperature resistance — a material standard in jet engine construction — ensures the flanges remain dimensionally stable even after prolonged high-rpm use on circuit.
The 3-way compensator is CNC-machined from solid billet using 5-axis technology, which allows the internal flow paths to be shaped with a precision that cast or welded alternatives cannot match. The geometry promotes smooth, uninterrupted exhaust scavenging to complement the Panigale V4/S engine's high-rpm power characteristics.
Track Safety & Noise Compliance
This system is supplied with a db-killer as standard. With the db-killer fitted, measured sound levels are 106 dB at 6,000 rpm and 104 dB at 5,000 rpm — figures that fall within the noise regulations enforced at many European circuits. Without the db-killer, output rises to 114 dB at 6,000 rpm and 108 dB at 5,000 rpm for unrestricted track use where regulations permit. Riders should verify the noise limit at their circuit before removing the db-killer.
This system is approved for closed-circuit track use only and is not road-legal. It does not carry type approval for use on public roads.
Fitment & Compatibility
This system is designed to fit the following models without modification:
- Ducati Panigale V4 — 2025, 2026
- Ducati Panigale V4 S — 2025, 2026
