Spark built this system for a class it knows better than most: Moto2 ran Honda engines for a decade, and the collector work on this CBR 600 RR kit comes straight out of that. Full titanium, CNC-machined bushings at the joints, and a silencer sized to pass a circuit noise check.
Key Features
- Full titanium racing system for the Honda CBR 600 RR, 2024 to 2026.
- 4-into-1 titanium collector with diameters chosen for mid-range delivery.
- Evolution silencer in titanium, volume engineered to meet circuit noise limits.
- CNC-machined solid bushings in the joints.
- Provision for fitting a dB-killer.
- Developed with racing teams; no road approval.
Moto2 Experience, Applied to a 600
Spark supplied the Moto2 grid through the years when the class ran a Honda four-cylinder, and it says plainly that the development behind this system draws on that period. The relevant part is not the badge but the collector: Spark spent seasons sizing pipework for exactly this engine architecture.
On the CBR the diameters are chosen to sharpen the mid-range rather than chase peak power. That is a deliberate choice for the new Sport Bike regulations, where corner exit matters more than a number on a dyno sheet.
Built to Pass a Noise Check
Most racing systems treat the noise limit as somebody else's problem. Spark did the opposite here: the Evolution silencer's volume was engineered so that the system stays inside circuit decibel limits while still sounding like a race exhaust, and there is a provision for adding a dB-killer where a track is stricter still.
Anyone who has been turned away at scrutineering will understand why that is worth as much as a power figure.
The Bushings Are the Detail
Spark calls out one component specifically: the joints use CNC-machined solid bushings rather than pressed or folded sleeves. On a track bike that is a reliability item — the joints are where a system works loose, and a machined bushing holds its clamping force through heat cycles that flatten a thin one.
It is the kind of thing that costs money in manufacture and shows up as nothing at all in a specification table, which is generally a sign that it was done for the right reason.
Titanium Throughout
Collector, link pipework and silencer are all titanium. Spark does not publish a weight figure for this system, and rather than borrow one from a neighbouring article we will say so: what is documented is the material and the construction, both of which are on the photographs.
Track Use Only
Spark lists this system as not approved. It carries no catalytic converter and no homologation certificate, and it must not be fitted to a motorcycle ridden on public roads. The circuit noise compliance is about track regulations, not about road law.
Spare Parts
Spark sells the two main sections separately: the Evolution silencer alone is SGCM11300002T at 582 euro, and the titanium link pipe is SGHO8846*01 at 357 euro. Useful after a crash, and useful if a silencer is repacked out of service.
Fitment & Compatibility
Honda CBR 600 RR, 2024 to 2026. Spark lists no other machine for this part number.
Road Approval
None. Spark lists this system as not approved; it is built for closed-circuit use and must not be fitted to a motorcycle ridden on public roads.
