DescriptionThe whole story▼
Bright concrete in the pit lane, white kerbs, and a sun parked right above the braking board for turn one: that is the kind of day the Mirror Silver version of VZ39030P is made for. This listing covers the silver tint alone, SKU VZ39030PSLVTU, for the small OXO shell, so the box holds exactly the mirror in the photo.

About this tint
A silver mirror bounces part of the incoming light away before it reaches your eyes. On a circuit that pays off where the surface is pale: sun-bleached run-off, freshly painted kerbs, a damp patch shining after the sprinklers have run. From the outside the rider's eyes nearly vanish behind the reflection.
Among the five Iridium colours on this number, silver is the neutral one. It sits calmly against a plain shell and does not fight a busy decal. The colour of a mirror is mostly a matter of looks: Shark publishes no separate light values for silver, gold, red, blue or rainbow, and we are not going to make any up.
Road or track
Shark lists every Iridium version of the OXO visor, this silver one included, as racing use only in the Range Book 2027 on page 38. Put simply, Shark does not release it for public roads. If you ride to the circuit, pack a second visor for the journey home. The clear VZ39015P, which Shark marks as approved for all users, is the obvious partner.
Fitting
Shark describes the OXO visor as centrally locked and removable without tools. A swap in the paddock is therefore a one-minute job on the seat of the bike, not something for the workbench. Fit the silver mirror in the morning and take it off before the ride back.
Which shell do I have
The OXO is built in two shell sizes, and Shark gives each one its own visor. VZ39030P fits the small shell only. The identical Mirror Silver coating for the large shell carries the number VZ39031P (SKU VZ39031PSLVTU): same tint, different outline. The safest check is the part number on the visor you own now or on its original bag. If that is lost, tell us your helmet size and we clarify the shell with you before anything ships.
Ordering by part number
Part number VZ39030P, tint code SLV, full SKU VZ39030PSLVTU. Our price is 76.50 euros against a recommended retail price of 85 euros; customs tariff 3926906000. A Pinlock insert is a separate item under VZ39005P, so order it on its own if your current one is worn or missing.
Care
A mirror layer is softer than the visor underneath it. Soften insects with a damp, lukewarm cloth first and wipe without pressure; skip solvents, glass cleaner and the paper towels at the fuel station. Put the silver visor down mirror side up, never face down on a bench.
