Inner and outer diameter both matter; a bushing that is a little loose does more damage than none at all.

Key Features

Length 190 mm

Inner Diameter 8 mm

Öhlins part number 21975-03

Outer Diameter 25 mm

Original Öhlins service part

What It Is

Öhlins gives it as 8 mm, 25 mm, 190 mm; nothing about that is approximate. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal. A worn guide shows up as a knock over sharp edges. Both diameters and the length are specification, not approximation.

Original Öhlins Part

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Suspension is one of the few areas where the original part is genuinely the cheaper decision. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it. For a full rebuild, the seal kit plus the wear parts is usually the sensible order.

Identifying the Right Part

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 21975-03 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. inner diameter 8 mm, outer diameter 25 mm, length 190 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Worn bushings show up as a knock over sharp edges before they show up as a leak. Bushings take the side load so the seal only has to seal.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21975-03

Category: Guides

Inner Diameter: 8 mm

Outer Diameter: 25 mm

Length: 190 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21975-03_1acd3269-d6f9-4c22-97d1-d9b8448c2648.png?v=1788880589
