A bushing is a consumable and is replaced at rebuild rather than reused. Both diameters and the length are specification, not approximation. Öhlins uses low-friction coated bushings so the unit breaks away smoothly rather than sticking.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins supports units that are decades old, which is why the spare parts list runs to thousands of numbers. Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. We can supply the whole position from the drawing rather than the single piece if that is easier.

Identifying the Right Part

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 21919-03. Check inner diameter 24.3 mm, outer diameter 35.6 mm, length 15 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Guide bushings set the internal alignment of a cartridge. A worn bushing lets the shaft move off centre, and the seal is the next thing to fail.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21919-03

Category: Guides

Inner Diameter: 24.3 mm

Outer Diameter: 35.6 mm

Length: 15 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21919-03_fb5b5167-ef7b-4d2d-a51f-2b94ff788602.png?v=1788880470
