On a STRADALE 800 the reservoir has to hang from something, and the factory offers nothing. The OBT009 sets the reservoir position on the STRADALE 800 at 28.9 mm and 31 mm. LighTech makes the OBT009 in black only. LighTech lists it for the STRADALE 800; mounting is straightforward and reversible.

Fitment and Compatibility
The listing is for the STRADALE 800 and the years 2015 to 2026. LighTech lists it as adaptable rather than model-specific, so check the position on the STRADALE 800 first.
Choosing Front or Rear
The bracket is the part that has to suit the STRADALE 800, not the tank. Black anodised aluminium at 10 g, which is all the OBT009 needs to be. One bracket per reservoir — the STRADALE 800 needs the tank ordered alongside.
In the Workshop
The OBT009 goes on with the STRADALE 800 on its stand. Offer the bracket up before tightening — the hose run on the STRADALE 800 decides the angle. Keep the original parts — the change is fully reversible on the STRADALE 800.
Maintenance
Anodised aluminium takes brake cleaner badly; keep it off the OBT009. There is no service interval for the part itself.

The OBT009 is supplied as a single bracket with its fasteners. Packaging carries the reference, so a second order is unambiguous.
What You Also Need
No reservoir is included with the OBT009. The tank — OBT001, OBT006 or OBT007 — is a separate article. Ask us and we will pair it with the right reservoir for your STRADALE 800.
Brake System and Road Approval
What looks like a cosmetic swap on the STRADALE 800 is a change to a safety system. No approval paperwork comes with the OBT009 and we do not present it as approved. Track-only machines raise no approval question; a registered STRADALE 800 does.
