DescriptionThe whole story▼
Shaving 40% of the weight from your Panigale's fuel tank transforms the way the bike sits, steers and responds — and the Fullsix Carbon Fuel Tank for the Ducati Panigale V4, V4 S and V4 R (2018-2021) does exactly that without asking you to modify a single bracket or fitting. Built around Autoclave Composite Monocoque (ACM) technology and formed as a single seamless shell, it replaces the OEM tank with a precision-fit, motorsport-grade component that feels as right at a track day as it looks in the paddock.
Key Features
- Up to 40% lighter than the original OEM tank — a tangible reduction in mass that lowers the centre of gravity and sharpens handling response on circuit.
- Single-piece Autoclave Composite Monocoque (ACM) construction eliminates the seams found on conventional two-part tanks, removing the risk of fuel seepage and stress cracking over time.
- 100% genuine carbon fibre throughout, chosen for its exceptional strength-to-weight ratio and long-term resistance to UV exposure and weathering without yellowing or fading.
- Plug-and-play fitment designed as a direct 1:1 replacement for the Ducati factory tank — no modifications, drilling or custom hardware required.
- Available in four finishes — Glossy, Matte, Satin and Raw — and two weave structures (200 Plain and 245 Twill) to suit your exact aesthetic.
- The 200 Plain weave mirrors the factory Ducati carbon pattern; the 245 Twill offers a bolder, more distinctive visual texture for riders who want to stand apart.
Construction and Performance
Fullsix manufactures this tank inside an autoclave under controlled heat and pressure — the same process used in aerospace and MotoGP programmes. The result is a component with a fibre-to-resin ratio and structural uniformity that cold-press or hand-laid alternatives simply cannot match. The monocoque shell carries fuel safely across every session without flexing at the joints, because there are no joints to flex.
The mass saved over the stock item redistributes the Panigale's overall balance subtly but measurably, reducing the polar moment of inertia and making the bike feel lighter on its feet through direction changes. Riders who spend time on circuit will notice improved confidence in slow-speed chicanes and under hard braking, where mass high in the chassis has the greatest influence on feel.
Finish Options
Each tank is available in four surface treatments. Glossy delivers a deep, high-shine carbon look. Matte presents a refined, understated racing aesthetic. Satin sits between the two — silky to the touch with a low-sheen lustre. Raw leaves the carbon surface uncoated in the purest race-inspired style. All finishes are UV-stable and resistant to the heat and vibration of sustained track use.
Important Notice
This carbon fuel tank does not carry road-use type approval (no ABE / road homologation). It is a pure motorsport component intended for closed-circuit competition and track use only. It must not be fitted to a vehicle used on public roads.
