Brake caliper coolers are air ducts that sit ahead of the front calipers and direct airflow onto them. They come from endurance and superbike racing, where brake temperature over a long stint decides whether the lever stays where the rider expects it, and they are fitted to road motorcycles mostly by people who use them on circuits.

Who This Is Actually For
On a road motorcycle ridden on roads, front brake fade is not a problem that occurs. The calipers never reach the temperatures where it matters, and a cooling duct solves nothing because nothing is wrong.
On a circuit, in a long session, with repeated heavy braking from high speed, it is a different question. That is the use case these were designed around, and it is the only one where the claim of a benefit can be made honestly. Fitting them to a bike that never leaves the road is a styling decision, which is fine as long as it is understood as one.
Fitment and Compatibility
Ducati Streetfighter V4 2020-2026 and the Panigale V4 range, and any motorcycle whose radial front calipers use 100 mm mounting spacing. Measure the spacing rather than going by model name if the calipers have been changed.
Road Approval
Fullsix publishes neither an ABE nor an EC type-approval number for this part. Components attached to the brake assembly are treated strictly in most markets; confirm the position for your own registration before road use, and check series regulations before competition use.
Fitting Near the Brake
These mount on the caliper bolts, which are among the most safety-critical fasteners on the motorcycle. Use the correct torque, use new fasteners if the originals are stretch bolts, and check clearance to the disc and to the wheel over full suspension travel and full steering lock before riding.
On finish, raw is the usual choice and the cheapest; there is nothing to gain from lacquer on a part that lives in brake dust. Clear coat is chosen by owners matching a fully gloss front end.
