The MY004 fits Accossato's quick throttle control with the GR002 grip to the Kawasaki Ninja 400 (2018–2024). GR002 is supplied in a single fixed finish rather than a colour range, leaving the eight anodised cap colours as the only visible choice on the order. The two-piece aluminium housing is CNC-machined as usual, and the kit includes the ZX013 cable set cut for the Ninja 400 along with three internal cams of 40, 43 and 45 mm.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato builds the housing from two CNC-machined aluminium halves, anodised in a choice of eight cap colours, the same process used across this whole family of kits. The GR002 grip supplied here does not draw on that colour range; it ships in one finish, so the cap colour carries the whole of the kit's visible customisation. Three internal cams of 40, 43 and 45 mm are packed with every kit and are what actually sets the throttle's pick-up once fitted, swapped by opening the housing cover rather than removing the control from the bars.
A Parent's or a Dealer's Order
The Ninja 400 is often bought by a parent for a child moving onto their first licensed bike, or supplied new by a dealer as part of a package, and in either case the person placing the order is not always the one who will ride the bike day to day. The GR002 grip's single fixed finish removes a decision that would otherwise need the rider's input before the kit could be specified, leaving only a cap colour to pick, which keeps the order simple when it is being placed on someone else's behalf. The cam set stays available regardless, so a sharper throttle can still be dialled in later once the rider has more experience with the bike.
Fitment and Compatibility
This kit, with the ZX013 cable set, is listed by Accossato for the Kawasaki Ninja 400 (2018–2024); exact production years are shown in the Fitment tab on this page. The ZX013 cable is specific to this model and is not interchangeable with the cable sets used on Kawasaki's larger sportsbikes.
Road Approval
There is no ABE or parts certificate documented by Accossato for the MY004; registration rules depend on the country, so check before road use. As with any throttle control, make sure the grip returns on its own to the idle position once fitted.
