A separating piston or bladder keeps nitrogen and oil apart; if it fails the damping goes with it. Reservoir caps carry the gas valve and are torqued to a specification. Hose length is specific to the installation and cannot be substituted freely.

Why the Original

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Parts remain available years after a unit leaves the current price list, which is unusual in this trade. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you. Öhlins numbers do not follow a logic you can guess — always read them from the documentation.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 06121-02. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. A soft reservoir usually means the bladder has failed rather than the gas has leaked. A separating piston or bladder keeps nitrogen and oil apart.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 06121-02

Category: Reservoirs

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/06121-02_0c860b42-aec8-438c-998e-c2edcd5688f5.png?v=1788874933
