Machined from high-grade forged aluminium in the finest Italian tradition, the OZ Gass RS-A rear wheel brings WorldSBK-derived construction directly to road and track. Its reduced rotating mass transforms the feel of the Aprilia RSV4 and all its Factory, R, RR and RF siblings through sharper turn-in, faster direction changes and a level of build integrity that budget cast wheels simply cannot match.

Forged Where It Matters
Forging compresses and aligns the grain structure of the aluminium billet, producing a wheel that is both lighter and more resistant to fatigue than anything a casting process can achieve. On the RSV4 — already a razor-edged superbike — the weight reduction at the rim translates directly into handling that feels more connected and responsive. The Gass RS-A was not built to look fast; it was built to be fast, and the finish is simply the reward for choosing the best material and process available.
Road Refinement, Track Readiness
The Gass RS-A geometry has been calculated to maintain optimal tyre profile support at both road and track speeds, keeping the contact patch consistent through long, fast corners and under hard braking. The anodised surface treatment protects the aluminium from corrosion and road debris without adding unnecessary weight, while giving each colour variant its own distinct, premium character — from the understated depth of techno black to the warmth of techno gold.
