A spacer sets an internal dimension: preload on a stack, free length, or the position of a piston. Small parts are cheap until one of them is missing on a Friday afternoon. Öhlins publishes them in the exploded view so a workshop can order the whole position at once.

Original Öhlins Part

Öhlins lists this part under its own number in the service catalogue so a workshop can order exactly what it needs. Öhlins publishes dimensions for its service parts so a workshop can verify before it fits. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on. If you are unsure which number your unit takes, send us the model and serial number of the damper and we will look it up.

Getting the Number Right

15482-02 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. dimension a 25 mm, dimension b 32 mm, dimension c 2 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. A spacer sets an internal dimension: preload on a stack, free length, or the position of a piston. Substituting a spacer changes the internal geometry, not just the fit.

Fitting and Setup Service

Öhlins recommends that its units are serviced by an authorised centre. We are one: rebuild, revalve and setup all happen in our own workshop.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 15482-02

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 25 mm

Dimension B: 32 mm

Dimension C: 2 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/15482-02_b50db4da-7ebb-4712-8fe1-76323bc910bb.png?v=1788878948
