Service parts make the difference between a damper that is rebuilt and one that is replaced. Öhlins supports its units with individual parts rather than only with complete assemblies. The number on the part matches the number in the drawing, which makes identification unambiguous.

Genuine Service Part

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise. Ask us before ordering if you are unsure: a wrong part in a pressurised unit is an expensive lesson.

Getting the Number Right

Order under 10403-01. Where several sizes share a description, only the number separates them. Öhlins states dimension a 50 mm, dimension b 34 mm, dimension c 44 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. This part comes from the same production line as the components it is fitted to. Availability of individual parts is one reason Öhlins units stay in service for decades.

Fitting and Setup Service

If you would rather not open the damper yourself, we can do it — we are an authorised Öhlins service centre and rebuild these units as a matter of routine.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 10403-01

Category: Service Parts

Dimension A: 50 mm

Dimension B: 34 mm

Dimension C: 44 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/10403-01_cb78bbd2-e4a0-4bbc-a189-91e2ed73b4b7.png?v=1788878262
