Bushings in the fork carry the side load; play there shows up as knocking under braking.

Key Features

Dimension C 573 mm

Öhlins part number 21941-01

Dimension B 54 mm

Finish: gold

Dimension A 50 mm

Original Öhlins service part

Function

Dimensionally this is 50 mm, 54 mm, 573 mm, which is how it is told apart from the rest of the range. Fork legs are matched left and right on most Öhlins forks and are listed separately. Öhlins publishes tube diameters by fork model, and they are not interchangeable across the range. Inner tubes carry a low-friction coating; once it is through, the seals wear quickly.

Why the Original

This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

Identifying the Right Part

The reliable route is the exploded drawing: find the position, read the number, order it — 21941-01 in this case. Check dimension a 50 mm, dimension b 54 mm, dimension c 573 mm against what you have removed; a close size is not the same part. Öhlins fork parts are specific to the fork model, not interchangeable across the range. Top caps carry the adjusters and the preload mechanism.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21941-01

Category: Outer Tubes

Dimension A: 50 mm

Dimension B: 54 mm

Dimension C: 573 mm

Finish: Gold

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21941-01_a41ca5f6-fef4-4731-a8fc-b63145940b65.png?v=1788880556
