The JP MJ 008 is the plug-and-play fuel module for the Tracer 700: a curve worked out for that engine, supplied with the harness the motorcycle needs.

The Predecessor
The earlier Tracer used the same twin with simpler equipment. It sold enormously well by being competent and inexpensive.
Nothing Is Reprogrammed
The standard controller keeps its own map, its own adaptations and its own fault memory. A workshop plugging in a diagnostic tool finds the motorcycle exactly as the factory left it, which is a genuine advantage over flashing the original unit.
No Laptop Required
JetPrime works out the curve for that engine and ships it in the module. There is no software to install, no cable to buy and no afternoon spent learning an interface, which is the entire point of the preset version.
What Riders Report
Cleaner pick-up from a closed throttle, less hunting at a steady speed and a general sense that the engine is less reluctant below four thousand. Those three come up again and again.
Fitted After an Exhaust
The order matters. A silencer changes the mixture, and judging what the module then contributes is only possible if one change has already settled.
The Legal Note
Fuelling is part of the emissions approval in most of Europe. A modified mixture puts the machine outside its approved condition, and that is a local question with a local answer.
What the Price Covers
Development of a curve for one engine, a harness with the right connectors and a sealed body. The last two are cheap; the first is why the catalogue is a list of motorcycles.
Nothing Draws Current at Rest
The module is powered from the injector circuit and does nothing with the ignition off. There is no parasitic drain and no reason to disconnect it for storage.
