The MY002 is Accossato's quick-throttle control for the Aprilia RSV4 RF (2015–2016), supplied complete with the matched AP010 cable set and the GR001 one-tone racing grip in a choice of eight colours. Unlike a bare throttle body sold on its own, this kit arrives ready to fit: the housing, the cables cut and routed for this exact Aprilia, and the grip itself, so nothing extra needs sourcing separately before the conversion can start. Three interchangeable inner cams are included as well, giving a way to set how sharply the throttle opens once the kit is on the bike.

Construction and Material Quality
Accossato builds the MY002 housing from two half-rings in CNC-worked aluminium, anodised in eight colours for the cap, so the finish can be set independently of the grip colour. The GR001 grip fitted as standard is a one-tone design, also offered in eight colours, and three inner cams at 40, 43 and 45 mm diameter come in the box so the throttle's stroke can be changed after fitting rather than being fixed at purchase. According to Accossato, moving to a larger-diameter cam makes the throttle control quicker to open but lengthens the rotation the grip itself travels, while a smaller cam does the opposite; no further detail on the exact relationship is given beyond that. The cable set supplied is cut specifically for the RSV4 RF rather than a generic length.
Choosing a Cam for a Trackday
With three cams in the box, a first trackday on an RSV4 RF fitted with the MY002 is often where a rider works out which one suits their riding rather than settling on a choice at the point of fitting. Starting on the smallest of the three and moving up as confidence with the sharper pickup grows is a reasonable way to use the included options, rather than fitting the largest cam immediately and adapting to it at speed. Because the cams are simply swapped inside the housing rather than requiring a different kit, trying more than one across a session is part of what the MY002 is built to allow.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the MY002 for the Aprilia RSV4 RF built in 2015 and 2016; the AP010 cable bundled with it is cut to this chassis alone, so the kit does not cross over to other RSV4 variants, which carry their own codes on the Fitment tab. The whole assembly, housing to throttle bodies, takes the place of the Aprilia's original throttle control and cable run.
Road Approval
There is no ABE or parts certificate documented by Accossato for the MY002; registration rules depend on the country, so check before road use. After fitting, confirm that the throttle returns to idle by itself through its full range before riding the bike.
