Substituting a spacer changes the internal geometry, not just the fit. Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position. These are the parts that are easy to lose on the bench and impossible to improvise afterwards.

Original Öhlins Part

The alternative to a service part is usually a new damper, which is why this catalogue exists. Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise. Tell us the damper's model designation and year and we will match the number for you.

Getting the Number Right

00423-01 is the Öhlins number for this position — the same one printed in the service documentation. Where no measurement is given, the drawing position is what identifies the part. Small parts are cheap until one of them is missing on a Friday afternoon. Ordering the small parts with the seal kit saves the second delivery that most rebuilds otherwise need.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00423-01

Category: Spacers

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00423-01_3b73bc50-f880-4e9c-b338-e6b707913fe3.png?v=1788869319
