Retaining rings come in a groove-specific thickness — the next size does not hold.

Key Features

Original Öhlins service part

Öhlins part number 00432-11

Function

Öhlins publishes no separate dimension for this position, so the part number carries the identity. Öhlins uses metric threads throughout, but the length and head form are specific to the position. Circlips hold axial position under load; a sprung one lets the assembly walk. Stainless where corrosion matters, hardened where load matters — the choice is made per position.

Genuine Service Part

A damper that can be rebuilt is a damper that stays on the bike; that is the whole argument for original service parts. Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. If the unit is already apart, compare the published dimensions with the part in your hand. Service parts are ordered per piece unless stated otherwise.

How to Be Sure It Fits

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 00432-11. Öhlins does not publish a dimension here — go by the number and the exploded view. Öhlins specifies thread-locking compound by position; not every fastener wants it. A hardware-store equivalent is not sensible in a pressurised assembly.

Fitting and Setup Service

We are an authorised Öhlins service centre, so you do not have to source the tools and the nitrogen: send us the damper and we rebuild it with the correct parts and the correct setting.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 00432-11

Category: Screws

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/00432-11_a0ce7fa6-2cec-41c7-bc51-2874a9d5f016.png?v=1788869350
