The JP ES 007 lets the Streetfighter V4S run without its secondary air solenoid and without the warning that normally follows the moment the connector is pulled apart.

Forged Marchesini Wheels
Standard on the S, taking rotating mass out at the largest radius. It is felt at every change of direction and it is the most effective weight saving available.
Why Ducati Fits It
Because a drive cycle measures what leaves the silencer rather than what happens inside the engine, and burning the residue afterwards is the cheapest way to reach the figure.
One Connector
Ducati's own plug, pre-wired, with nothing cut or spliced. It takes about as long as finding the connector under the bodywork.

Ten minutes with several deliberate closed-throttle sections confirms both that the noise has gone and that nothing under the bodywork has been trapped or left loose.
The Airbox Tells You the Truth
While the airbox is open for access, the element is worth a proper look. A clean filter means the reeds are still sealing and the electrical half is genuinely all that is needed. Discolouration or soot means exhaust gas has been travelling the wrong way, and in that case the housing on the cylinder head is a repair rather than an optional extra.
Fitted at a Service, Not Between Ones
The tank has to come off for several routine jobs, and the eliminator takes twenty minutes once it is off. Doing this at the same time as a filter, a coolant change or a set of belts is straightforward; doing it on its own is an evening spent almost entirely on bodywork.
