The JP MJ 018 is the simpler of JetPrime's two fuel units for the CB1100: a curve somebody else worked out, rather than one the owner has to develop.

Air Cooled, Deliberately
Honda built the CB1100 with fins in an era when nobody else would, and mapped it to feel like the motorcycles it was imitating.
Two Hundred Grams
The module weighs about as much as a mobile telephone and the harness adds very little. This is not a component anybody buys or avoids on the basis of mass.
Plug and Play, Literally
The harness ends in the connectors the motorcycle already uses. They separate, the module goes in between and they close again. Nobody needs a wiring diagram and nobody needs to strip insulation.
Where It Makes the Biggest Difference
An older injected machine with an aftermarket exhaust, ridden briskly on roads. That combination is where the standard mixture is furthest from what the engine now wants.
Physically Small
About the size of a matchbox and around two hundred grams. On a motorcycle the difficulty is never the module itself, only finding a tidy route for the cable.
The Connectors Do the Work
A harness with the correct plugs moulded on is what makes this a twenty-minute job rather than an afternoon with a soldering iron and a wiring diagram.
A Sensible First Modification
It costs less than a set of tyres, takes an evening and can be undone completely. As an entry into modifying an injected motorcycle there are considerably worse places to start.
The Emissions Cycle in Practice
The test runs at defined speeds and loads, and manufacturers naturally pay closest attention to those cells. A rider who spends time in exactly those cells feels the compromise most.
