The JP ABSD 003 answers the electrical side of removing the antilock modulator from the Scrambler 800, which is a decision that only makes sense on a circuit.

What the Eliminator Does
It answers the circuit the controller monitors so that removing the ABS unit does not leave a permanent warning on the panel and a stored fault in the memory.
A Track-Only Decision
Antilock braking is a genuine safety system on the road and there is no argument for removing it from a motorcycle that is ridden there.
The Hydraulics Are Separate
Removing the modulator means rerouting brake lines and bleeding the system properly. The eliminator handles the electrical half and nothing else.
Keep the Standard Unit
A modulator is expensive and the motorcycle needs it back for any road use or inspection. Bagged with its fittings, it is worth what it cost.
A Clean Panel
One live warning hides the next one, and a dashboard that still means something matters more on a circuit than almost anywhere else.
Reversible
Nothing in the loom is cut, so the standard arrangement returns whenever the motorcycle does. That matters for a machine that may go back on the road.
What Removing the Modulator Involves
The unit is plumbed into both brake circuits, so taking it out means new lines routed directly from the master cylinders to the calipers and a proper bleed afterwards. The electrical connector is the last and smallest part of the job, and anybody who has not planned the hydraulics has not planned the job.
