DescriptionThe whole story▼
A supermoto rider does not sit still. Backward under braking, forward into a turn, up on the pegs over a kerb — the eye moves ten or fifteen centimetres in every direction within a single corner, and a mirror aimed precisely for one of those positions is wrong in all the others.
Key Features
- CNC-machined aluminium stem, matt black
- Shaped mirror head, not a moulding
- Supplied per side — fit a pair or replace one
- Clamp holds its setting under airflow
- Glass positioned to clear the rider's shoulder
- European type approval E1*81R00/02*0143
Aim Loosely, See Widely
The stem is machined from aluminium with a shaped head in matt black, set to give a broad field rather than a tightly aimed one. On a bike where the rider's head is never twice in the same place, coverage beats precision.
Moving Around the Bike
Most mirrors are set up assuming a fixed riding position. That assumption is simply false on a supermoto, which is why so many 690 riders eventually give up on theirs and rely on shoulder checks.
Straightened, Not Replaced
The arm deforms under load rather than shearing at its base, which on a bike that gets laid down at walking pace is the property that decides whether you ride home with two mirrors.
Road Approval
The applicable approval is E1*81R00/02*0143, granted under UN Regulation 81. It is a European type approval rather than a German ABE, and it is recognised across the EU without additional registration.
Scope of Delivery
Sold individually by side. Choose left, right, or order both if the bike needs a full set.
