The JP ACC MV002 is the ride-by-wire quick throttle for the F3 800, machined from solid and built to reach wide open in a considerably shorter sweep of the hand.

The Bigger Triple
MV enlarged the F3 to 798 cc and gave it the torque the smaller engine never had. It remains one of the best looking sports bikes anybody has made.
Not a Power Part
Nothing about the engine changes. The same opening produces the same air, and the only difference is how far the hand has to travel to ask for it.
Keeping the Standard Unit
It is the part an inspection, a dealer or a buyer will ask for. Bagged with its fasteners it goes back on in half an hour.
Winter Gloves
Thick gloves eat rotation. A shorter sweep means the same hand position works in January that worked in July.
What a Buyer Asks
Whether the standard assembly still exists. A motorcycle offered with the original part in a box is a straightforward sale.
The Reset After Refitting
Putting the standard assembly back needs the same routine run again. It is easy to forget on the way out of a conversion rather than into one.
Losing the Original Grip
Bonded grips do not survive removal. A pair of replacements belongs on the same order as the assembly rather than on the next one.
Dealers and Warranty
A workshop notices a changed throttle assembly, because it is one of the few visible modifications on the right bar. Inside a warranty term the simplest course is refitting the standard part before an appointment. Half an hour plus a reset avoids a conversation entirely.
Selling the Motorcycle
The standard part goes back in half an hour plus a reset. Buyers who wanted a short-stroke throttle would have bought one themselves, and buyers who did not will treat its absence as a reason to negotiate.
