The JP CJP 082H gives the GSX-8R complete management of its fuel map, adjusted on a laptop rather than shipped with a curve somebody else worked out.

The Honest Summary
A programmable fuel controller for an owner who has modified the engine and wants the mixture to match. It rewards effort and it does nothing at all without it.
Cell by Cell
Serious mapping means holding the engine at one load and one speed, reading the mixture and correcting that cell. It is slow, methodical work and there is no shortcut.
Race Fuel
A different octane rating and a different energy content change what the engine wants. Anybody switching between fuels needs two maps and the discipline to write the right one.
What It Never Touches
Ignition timing, the rev ceiling, traction control, wheelie control and every riding mode. Fuel quantity is the whole of its authority.
Sharing Is a Starting Point
A file from an identical motorcycle saves the first evening and no more. Engines, sensors and exhausts vary enough that the last ten percent is always local work.
Documentation
There is a manual and it is short. Most of the learning happens in the software with a motorcycle in front of you rather than in a document.
When the Map Is Good Enough
When another session produces no measurable change and no felt change. Chasing beyond that point costs evenings and returns nothing anybody can detect.
What Changes on the Road
Nothing dramatic. The hesitation off a closed throttle disappears, the surge at a steady speed goes, and the engine answers the same way on every corner exit. Good mapping is felt as an absence.
