The JP MJ 017 takes the Leoncino 250's factory mixture and adds the correction the engine actually wants, without any of the original electronics being reprogrammed.

A Single, Not a Twin
The smallest Leoncino uses a 250 cc single, which is a completely different engine from its larger siblings despite the shared name.
Nothing Is Reprogrammed
The standard controller keeps its own map, its own adaptations and its own fault memory. A workshop plugging in a diagnostic tool finds the motorcycle exactly as the factory left it, which is a genuine advantage over flashing the original unit.
Where Manufacturers Run Lean
Cruise, small openings and the range the emissions cycle measures. Those are the conditions a test procedure examines, and they are also the conditions a rider spends most of their time in on a road.
Not a Rider Aid
Traction control, wheelie control and engine braking strategy are all decided upstream by the standard controller and are unaffected. The module is invisible to them.
The Clearest Case
Older injection, an aftermarket silencer and a rider who notices the hesitation off a closed throttle. That combination is what this module was drawn for.
How Long It Takes
Between twenty minutes and an hour depending on the model. The variable is access to the injector harness and nothing else about the job changes.
Fuel Quality
A tank of poor petrol affects a motorcycle with a module exactly as it affects one without. The correction is a fixed curve and it has no way of knowing what has been put in the tank.
A Word About Claims
Any tuning product that promises a large power increase for a small price is describing something other than what it does. This one promises response and smoothness and delivers those.
