An CBR1000RR-R with a quick-action throttle needs somewhere to put the right-hand controls. The JP PDQ HO027 is that mounting, machined from solid and anodised titanium.

Honda Stopped Compromising
For two decades the Fireblade was the litre bike that chose balance over peak output. The CBR1000RR-R abandoned that position completely: 217 hp, a 14.500 rpm limit, finger-follower valve actuation borrowed from the RC213V and winglets to keep the front down. It is Honda building a homologation machine and saying so.
Why Shorten the Throttle Here
On an engine that makes its power high and delivers it hard, the time spent rotating the grip to full open is time the bike is not accelerating out of a corner. A quicker action is one of the first changes made to these motorcycles for circuit use, and it displaces the switch block in the process.
An Independent Clamp
This unit mounts to the bar rather than to the throttle tube, so the throttle can be revisited later without disturbing the electrics, and the switch sits where the rider's thumb naturally falls rather than where the tube ends.
Nothing Cut
The unit arrives pre-wired with Honda's own connector. The ECU sees exactly what it expects, no fault code appears, and the whole conversion reverses by swapping two components, which matters on a motorcycle likely to be sold on with its original parts.
Sealed Contacts
Military-specification elements inside a body milled from one block. A race-prepared Fireblade is washed hot, transported damp and vibrated hard, and it is water ingress rather than button wear that ends most switchgear in that environment.
