Titanium from the head flange back. Spark's Moto2 replica collector for the Triumph three-cylinder is the front half of the system its R&D department designed with the technicians of the 2020 world championship-winning Moto2 engine — sold without a silencer, for a bike being built one piece at a time.
Key Features
- Full titanium racing collector for the Triumph Street Triple 765 and Daytona 765 Moto2, 2019 to 2026.
- Designed by Spark R&D with Moto2 technicians.
- WSSP600 and Moto2 replica specification.
- Takes Spark's GTR8828ST and GTR8827ST link pipe and silencer groups.
- Around seven hundred and seventy euros above the stainless collector.
- Supplied without a link pipe or silencer.
Titanium Where It Is Hardest
Most manufacturers put titanium in the link pipe and stainless in the headers, and there is a good reason: the header section runs hottest, takes stone damage from the front wheel, and is the most difficult part of an exhaust to form in a metal that work-hardens as quickly as titanium does.
Spark builds this one entirely in titanium anyway, and it is the reason for the price. On a racing motorcycle the header section is also where the primaries are longest and the mass is furthest forward, so the weight taken out is the weight that matters most to how the bike steers.
What the Moto2 Connection Means
Triumph's 765 triple has been the Moto2 world championship engine since 2019, and Spark developed this system alongside the technicians running it. In 2020 that engine took the title.
What transfers to a customer part is not a claim about power but a set of decisions already tested: primary lengths, collector geometry and the junction where three pipes become one. Those are the variables that set where a triple makes its torque, and they were chosen on a bench that had a championship riding on the answer.
Building From This Piece
The collector is sold on its own because Spark's WSSP range is modular at this level. Behind it go the titanium link pipe and silencer groups: GTR8828ST with the Konix Evo, GTR8827ST with the 400 mm Force Evo. Spark lists both as fitting only this collector or the stainless GTR8817.
Bought that way, a full system arrives in two boxes and can be paid for in two steps. The collector is also the part you keep when a silencer changes.
Fitment & Compatibility
Triumph Street Triple 765 R, RS and S and the Daytona 765 Moto2, 2019 through 2026. The stainless steel equivalent is GTR8817. The complete Moto2 replica system with the Grid-O silencer is GTR8815T. Link pipe groups: GTR8828ST and GTR8827ST.
Road Approval
None. The collector carries no EC certificate and no catalytic converter. Closed circuits only.
