DescriptionThe whole story▼

An earlier TC 250, built between 2014 and 2017, uses a different Accossato kit from the current bike, one shared with a spread of GasGas and KTM machines from the same period. Two braided hoses cover the front and rear circuit, with the fitting available either plain in stainless steel or painted in one of five colours.

Key Features

  • Two-hose set for the 2014–2017 TC 250, front and rear
  • Standard S-layout routing
  • Stainless steel or painted stainless fittings in five colours
  • Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
  • Shared part number with GasGas and KTM off-road models

Construction and Material Quality

Both hoses use a stainless braid sheath, and this part extends the fitting choice to five painted finishes as well as plain stainless steel, alongside the usual twenty sheath colours. That wider range of fitting colours sets this older kit apart from the current TC 250's stainless-only part, without changing anything about how the braid itself is put together.

A Short Production Run, Three Fitments

The TC 250 only stayed on this hardware for four seasons, 2014 to 2017, before Accossato cut a single-hose fitment for the 2018 model year alone and then a stainless-only kit once the bike reached 2019. Over those four years the same code additionally reaches GasGas's own MC 450, Husqvarna's TC 150, the four-stroke FC 450, and a broad spread of KTM's two-stroke and four-stroke SX models. None of the TC 250's three fitments carries over to either of the other two periods.

Fitment and Compatibility

For the 2014 to 2017 TC 250, this is the part to order, equally valid for the Husqvarna FC 250, FC 350 and FC 450 built in those years, and for the GasGas MC 250 and MC 250F. A single 2018 TC 250 instead takes AGA0275, and anything from 2019 onward takes AGA0247; none of these three parts can be swapped for one of the others without first checking the exact build year.

Road Approval

Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit, so it is intended for track and competition use.

Scope of Delivery

The kit contains 2 braided hoses for the Standard layout. Connecting hardware such as banjo bolts and sealing washers is not listed as included, so it is worth checking the hardware already on the bike before starting the job. Once fitted, the circuit should be filled and bled by a competent workshop before the bike is ridden.
