DescriptionThe whole story▼

The Triumph Street Triple 765 R sits in the middle of the 765 family, and a lot of owners use it as a sporty all-rounder: weekday commuting, weekend trips into the hills, a few days of touring in late summer. Those rides bring rain, cold starts and long descents. For that mix of use Accossato lists the AGPA177 front pad in Sintered (ST) compound, fitting the Street Triple 765 R from 2017 to 2023, for riders who want one front brake feel whatever the day brings.

Key Features

  • Front brake pads for the Triumph Street Triple 765 R, 2017 to 2023
  • AGPA177 plate with Sintered (ST) friction mix (AGPA177ST)
  • For all-round road use in changing weather
  • Accossato cites high, constant grip at any temperature
  • Good wet performance according to the maker
  • Order two boxes for the twin front calipers
  • No German ABE; supplied for competition use

Construction and Material Quality

ST is the all-weather recipe in Accossato's AGPA177 family, described by the maker as holding a high, constant grip level from cold to hot and working well on a wet disc. The other versions of this plate lean towards the track; ST is the one aimed at riders who stay on public roads in every season. Accossato also mentions long life and limited heat among the general goals behind its pads.

Misty Valleys and Wet Hills

A day in the hills often starts with damp roads in the valley, clears on the tops and ends with a cool, misty descent. The front brake moves through a wide temperature range over those hours. A sintered compound is designed to keep its character throughout, so the lever does not need relearning as conditions change. Combine it with sensible pace, smooth inputs and extra distance on wet tarmac.

A Full Front Change

The 765 R carries a caliper on each side of the front wheel, and both should get fresh pads at the same time so the braking stays even. Clean each set of pistons before pressing them back, check the retaining hardware, and pump the lever until it is firm. Bed the pads in on a dry road with progressive stops before heading into the rain. Check the fluid colour while the calipers are off; if it has darkened, schedule a bleed.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato matches the AGPA177 to the front calipers of the Street Triple 765 R built from 2017 to 2023. A full front change takes two boxes. For the back wheel the list gives the AGPP91 over the same years, and Accossato's DK203 disc is also recorded for this model.

Road Approval

A German ABE or any test report for these pads is not in our hands, so we list them for competition and circuit use.

Scope of Delivery

One box with two AGPA177 pads in Sintered (ST), enough for one of the two front calipers.
