Build Quality and Finish
OZ has manufactured competition wheels for World Superbike, MotoGP and endurance racing for decades, and the Piega carries that heritage into a road-legal package. Each wheel is forged — not cast — meaning the aluminium grain structure is aligned for superior fatigue resistance under the cyclic loads that high-performance riding generates. The finish options (gloss black anodised, techno black anodised and techno gold anodised) are applied after machining so they conform precisely to the final surface contour, providing both corrosion protection and a finish that ages well under the heat cycles a race-prepared or hard-ridden RSV4 will produce.
