Its length is a specification, not a filler — a millimetre changes what the unit does. These are the parts that are easy to lose on the bench and impossible to improvise afterwards. Öhlins lists these individually because a service usually needs a handful of them.

Genuine Service Part

Öhlins supports units that are decades old, which is why the spare parts list runs to thousands of numbers. Öhlins manufactures service parts on the same lines as production parts — there is no second quality. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask. Send us the model and serial number of your unit and we will confirm the position before you order.

Getting the Number Right

If the unit is already open, compare the dimensions below with the part in your hand before ordering 01069-02. Öhlins states dimension a 16 mm, dimension b 37.8 mm, dimension c 2 mm for this number, and those figures are the deciding ones. Öhlins gives every washer and spacer its own part number because its length or thickness is part of the internal geometry. Öhlins publishes them in the exploded view so a workshop can order the whole position at once.

Fitting and Setup Service

Fitting service parts means opening a pressurised unit. As an authorised Öhlins service centre we do that here, with the right tools and a dyno check afterwards — just ask.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 01069-02

Category: Spacers

Dimension A: 16 mm

Dimension B: 37.8 mm

Dimension C: 2 mm

Finish: Black

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/01069-02_bf7a7b3b-2ac4-4555-a3cf-20f50b60518c.png?v=1788873206
