DescriptionThe whole story▼

The Moto Guzzi V9 Roamer is the more relaxed, chrome-trimmed sibling of the Bobber, built for easy cruising and comfortable days out. Accossato's Organic front pads fit the V9 Roamer from 2016 to 2017 and match that character, with a soft, progressive lever, quiet operation and a compound that looks after the disc.

Key Features

  • Organic (OR) front pads for the Moto Guzzi V9 Roamer
  • Model years 2016 to 2017
  • Accossato: longer performance and less disc wear
  • Soft, progressive response for relaxed riding
  • Quiet in everyday traffic
  • Two pads per box, one caliper
  • Rear pad AGPA28 and disc DKS032 listed

Construction and Material Quality

Relaxed riding keeps the front brake of a V9 Roamer cool, which is the territory Accossato has in mind for its Organic compound. The maker points to a long service life and restrained disc wear as the key traits. For the owner, that means a front brake that keeps the same easy feel for a long time and a disc that stays in good condition.

Days Out on the Roamer

The Roamer is made for unhurried rides: a Sunday loop through villages, a trip to the coast, a ride to meet friends. In that setting the front brake is rarely stressed, and what matters is a lever that is smooth, predictable and free of noise. The Organic compound is intended to provide exactly that, working well from cold and building its bite gradually. It is also a comfortable choice for riders returning to motorcycling after a break.

Care for a Chrome Bike

When polishing the Roamer's chrome, keep polish and wax away from the disc. Clean the disc separately with brake cleaner, as any residue will reduce grip and may cause noise.

Fitment and Compatibility

Accossato lists this pad for the V9 850 Roamer, sold as the Moto Guzzi V9 Roamer in 2016 and 2017, where it sits in the front caliper. Count the calipers on your fork first, because a box holds one caliper's worth. If your riding changes, the same shape is offered as ST, EV1, EV2 and ZXC. The Roamer's rear brake takes Accossato AGPA28, and the brand's DKS032 disc is also catalogued for the bike.

Road Approval

We have no German ABE or test certificate for these pads, so they are sold for racing and competition use.

Scope of Delivery
