DescriptionThe whole story▼
The 2019 Scrambler 800 Café Racer has two Accossato levers of its own: the EDD001 on the brake side and, on the clutch side, this ESH011. The clutch lever is a reference Accossato also uses on several of Ducati's sports models, here listed for the 2019 Café Racer. It is CNC-machined from aluminium, replaces the original lever on the standard clutch mounting and can be adjusted in its distance to the grip.
Key Features
- Clutch lever for the 2019 Scrambler 800 Café Racer
- Uses the original clutch mounting
- Same seven colours as the EDD001 brake lever for the Café Racer
- Standard blade approximately 138 mm; short and long blades in selected colours
- Reach adjustable
- Machined aluminium, anodised, with black hub
- Fixed blade, no hinge
- No German ABE documented: sold for track use
Construction and Material Quality
The ESH011 is a fixed lever machined from solid aluminium. After machining it is anodised, the hub in black and the blade in the colour of your order, so the two-tone look is the same on the clutch and brake sides when both levers on the Café Racer come from Accossato. The reach adjuster is part of the hub and sits near the pivot. There is no hinge, no second pivot and no painted surface on the lever.
Choosing a Colour for the Pair
With both levers from Accossato, the Café Racer's cockpit can be finished as a pair, even though the two levers carry different references. Both come in the same seven colours. Which one suits your bike is a question of its paint: on a dark tank, a gold or silver blade adds a metallic accent in the spirit of classic café racers; a blue blade could pick up blue details if your bike has them; black keeps things discreet. Orange and green are the loud options. Since black and red are made only in the standard length, decide on colour and length together, and order both levers at the same time if you want them to match exactly. On a Scrambler 800 styled after the café racers of the past, the levers are among the few coloured details that stay in your field of view while you ride.
Fitment and Compatibility
Accossato lists the ESH011 for the 2019 Scrambler 800 Café Racer. Other 2019 Scrambler 800s take the ESD022 clutch lever, and bikes from 2015-2017 the ESD082. The matching brake lever for the Café Racer is the EDD001, which Accossato lists from 2017 to 2019, so the pair works for the 2019 bike.
Road Approval
Without a documented German ABE, this clutch lever is sold for the race track.
