DescriptionThe whole story▼
The CRF450RX, Honda's cross-country-oriented version of the CRF450R built in 2023 and 2024 with extended suspension travel and a larger fuel tank, takes this single-hose Accossato kit, the same part listed for the motocross CRF450R of 2016 and 2023-2024. The shared compatibility reflects identical brake hardware between the cross-country and motocross versions of this current generation, despite the different suspension settings, fuel capacity and intended terrain between the two, right down to the same callipers and master cylinder.
Key Features
- Single braided hose for the CRF450RX
- Same part also covers the CRF450R built in 2016 and 2023-2024
- Standard (S) layout, matching the original hose routing
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Stainless steel fittings as standard, or painted stainless in red, green, blue, black or gold
- Finished ready to fit in place of the original rubber hose
Construction and Material Quality
The single hose is built the same way as every other application of this part: a stainless mesh over the pressure line, with the fitting left bare or painted in red, green, blue, black or gold. The full twenty-colour sheath range applies, giving the cross-country RX exactly the same choice as the motocross R it shares this part with.
A Cross-Country Variant, Shared Brake Hardware
Suspension travel and fuel capacity set the RX apart from the standard CRF450R, aimed at longer off-road events rather than closed motocross tracks, but the braking hardware was not changed between the two versions of this current generation. That is why no RX-specific brake-hose kit exists separately from the one covering the CRF450R, which keeps stocking the part simple for any workshop servicing both of these closely related machines side by side.
Fitment and Compatibility
This kit fits the Honda CRF450RX sold in 2023 and 2024, and the same part also covers the CRF450R built in 2016 and again in 2023-2024. Earlier CRF450R generations use their own separate two-hose kits; check the Fitment tab carefully to confirm which of these several parts matches your exact bike, model year and intended use before placing an order.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
1 braided hose for the Standard layout. Check hollow bolts and sealing washers against the motorcycle before fitting, since these connecting parts are not necessarily included.
