DescriptionThe whole story▼
For owners of the current Monster who prefer the front brake lines tidied into a caliper-to-caliper run rather than two independent lines, Accossato lists this Over-the-mudguard kit under the same part used for the earlier 821-engined Monster. One line runs from the master cylinder to the right-hand caliper, and a second crosses over the mudguard to the left, with the rear line making up the three-hose total.
Key Features
- Three-hose Over-the-mudguard (O) kit for the Monster 937
- Same part also covers the earlier Monster 821
- Aeronautical braid sheath in 20 colours
- Stainless steel fittings as standard, or painted stainless in red, green, blue, black or gold
- Second front line crosses from caliper to caliper over the mudguard
- Finished ready to fit in place of the original rubber hoses
Construction and Material Quality
Construction matches the Full-length kit Accossato lists for the same current Monster: a woven stainless braid over the pressure line, with the fittings available bare or painted in one of five stainless colours. The full twenty-shade sheath range applies here as well, so the choice between this layout and the Full-length alternative is purely about routing rather than finish, and nothing about the braid construction changes between the two kits.
A Routing Choice, Not a Performance One
Whether the current Monster's two front calipers each get an independent line or share a caliper-to-caliper run over the mudguard makes no measurable difference to how firm the lever feels; both arrangements use the same braided material and reach the same two calipers with the same fluid volume. The decision between this kit and the Full-length alternative comes down purely to which arrangement the owner finds tidier at the front wheel.
Fitment and Compatibility
This set fits the Ducati Monster 937 sold in 2023 and 2024, and the same part also covers the earlier Monster 821 (2017–2020). Accossato also lists the Full-length alternative (AGA0191) and a single-hose clutch kit (AGA0190) for the earlier generation; check the Fitment tab to confirm which part suits your exact model and production year, since the two generations are not interchangeable with kits from other Ducati naked ranges.
Road Approval
Accossato documents no ABE or parts certificate for this kit; it is intended for track and competition use.
Scope of Delivery
3 braided hoses for the Over-the-mudguard layout. Check hollow bolts and sealing washers against the motorcycle before fitting, since these connecting parts are not necessarily included.
