Where It Sits
Dimensionally this is 52 mm, 65 mm, 14.4 mm, which is how it is told apart from the rest of the range. The reservoir holds the gas charge and the oil volume the damper displaces as the shaft enters it. Öhlins pressure-tests its hoses because a reservoir line carries the full gas charge. The reservoir takes the oil the shaft displaces as it enters the damper.
Genuine Service Part
The part number is the contract: it defines material, dimension and finish together. This is an original Öhlins part, not an aftermarket equivalent — the tolerances are the ones the unit was assembled to. Where a number has been superseded, Öhlins states the replacement — we pass that on. The Öhlins exploded view names the number for each position; we can look it up if you do not have it.
