A fork tube that has been bent is scrap: straightening changes the wall and it bends again. Bushings in the fork carry the side load; play there shows up as knocking under braking. A marked inner tube destroys seals repeatedly until it is replaced.

Original Öhlins Part

Every part in this catalogue is one Öhlins fits itself during assembly and service. Öhlins supports units that are decades old, which is why the spare parts list runs to thousands of numbers. Service parts are supplied per piece unless the description says otherwise. We can check the number against the Öhlins exploded view before you order — just ask.

Getting the Number Right

Öhlins identifies this position by the number 21011-07 in the exploded view for the unit it belongs to. dimension a 48 mm, dimension b 106 mm is what distinguishes this number from its neighbours in the range. Öhlins anodises the bore where the bushings run. Öhlins fork parts are specific to the fork model, not interchangeable across the range.

Fitting and Setup Service

Ask us about a full service: as an authorised Öhlins centre we strip, inspect, replace what is worn and set the unit back to its specification.

Specifications

Brand: Öhlins

Part Number: 21011-07

Category: Outer Tubes

Dimension A: 48 mm

Dimension B: 106 mm

Country of Origin: Sweden

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0949/7831/0410/files/21011-07_1fa68263-0ff1-491b-b99f-d81147aedd00.png?v=1788879291
