DescriptionThe whole story▼
The JP ES 074 restores the current S1000RR's front indicator load once a race fairing has replaced the standard nose.
Key Features
- BMW S1000RR (2019–2026)
- Restores the front indicator circuit load
- Stops the flash rate doubling
- Plugs into BMW's own connector
- For a race fairing with no indicators
- Standard units refit at any time
Front and Rear Are Separate
BMW monitors the two ends independently, so a bike that keeps its rear indicators and loses the front pair still reports a fault.
Where the Front Units Live
Integrated into the mirror stalks on the current bike, which means removing the mirrors removes the indicators and the circuit notices immediately.
Mirrors Come Off First
Every circuit day begins by taking them off, and on this generation that is also the moment the front indicator circuit goes open.
The Load It Supplies
The eliminator presents what the controller expects, so the flash rate stays correct and no warning appears on the panel.
A World Superbike Title
BMW took the riders' championship in 2024, nearly two decades after entering the class, and the road bike has underpinned that programme throughout.
Winglets From 2019
Integrated into the fairing rather than bolted on, and producing downforce BMW is willing to quote figures for.
A Race Fairing Has No Provision
One-piece bodywork is shaped for aerodynamics and for a number board. There is nowhere for an indicator to go and no reason to want one.
One Connector
BMW's own plug with no adapters and nothing spliced anywhere.
Reversible
Refit the mirrors and the standard nose, unplug the eliminator and the circuit behaves as it did.
Track Only
A motorcycle without front indicators is not road legal anywhere in Europe.
Not the Same as the Rear Eliminator
Anybody converting a bike completely will need both, because the controller measures the front and rear indicator circuits separately and raises a warning for each. Fitting one and expecting the panel to clear is a common and entirely understandable mistake.
